A & A Smiles Dental Visit

A & A Smiles, in collaboration with our school, will be offering a FREE* preventative dental program at Great Lakes College Forster Campus from 9 to 12 September. During their visit, students will benefit from hands-on education about brushing technique and healthy eating, as well as a full dental examination. Where needed, they will also receive a professional cleaning and preventative sealants.

To enable your child’s participation, consent is required. You may provide this online via the link provided, or collect a paper consent form from the school office. With your approval, A & A Smiles will assess your child’s eligibility for treatment under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). If eligible, the treatments will be bulk-billed to Medicare Australia, meaning no out‑of‑pocket cost to you. If your child is not covered, the dental team will be in touch to discuss next steps.

After the visit, you will receive an emailed report and receipt outlining your child’s dental health status and any recommended follow-up.
